Credits

How does the credit system work?

Credits renew every month and only expire if your subscription becomes inactive at the end of the billing cycle. If your subscription remains active, any unused credits at the end of the month will roll over, allowing you to accumulate and use them in future months.

How many credits can I store up?

There is no limit to how much credits you can store up.

I lost my credits. What should I do?

Credits can only be lost due to the expiration of your subscription at the end of the billing cycle. Your subscription is renewed automatically if you have enough funds on your card. Please, check if your credit card has enough funds to make the payment.

Will I lose credits if I change my plan?

You will never lose your credits as long as you have an active subscription. If you wish to cancel your current plan and switch to another, your credits will remain intact, but make sure to make the change before your current billing cycle ends. However, if your subscription is cancelled and you do not renew before the end of the billing cycle, any unused credits will be lost.

I've accidentally activated a plan. Can I have a refund?

Of course, please contact us at [email protected]. However, please do not use any of your credits. A refund may not be given if you have used your credits.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription. To do so, click on the large "Cancel Plan" button located at the bottom of the container. Please be aware that any unused image credits will expire at the end of the billing period.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept payments via credit cards, and will soon support PayPal.

My payments are not working. What should I do?

To resolve payment issues, such as declined or incomplete transactions, please contact us at [email protected]

When will I be charged?

Once you activate a plan, you will be charged immediately. Your next payment will be automatically processed the following month. The exact date and time of your next billing cycle are displayed in your plan details.

Is it safe?

Absolutely, we do not store any data from your credit card. Our payment provider, Stripe, is secured as a federal bank. Learn more about security at Stripe here.
